Tell Us About Your Experience

You may also receive a survey in the mail after your visit. We will take time to complete it so we can address all needs, continue to provide quality care and improve where necessary.
Hand Hygiene
One of the many quality initiatives central to the quality care our hospital provides is hand hygiene. Our efforts include ongoing education for every colleague and frequent monitoring to track our success or opportunities for improvement. Our hand hygiene efforts are based on a clear commitment from our chief executive officer, chief nursing officer and chief medical officer.
