Primary Care Providers Join Northwest Health in Valparaiso, Wheatfield

Northwest Health welcomes two primary care providers to Northwest Medical Group – its multispecialty physician network.

Jennifer Sanders, PA – Valparaiso:
Jennifer Sanders, P.A., specializes in general and preventive care and joined the Northwest Medical Group – Primary Care office at 2505 Calumet Ave., in Valparaiso on January 2.

Sanders completed her master’s degree in physician assistant studies and received her bachelor’s degree at Valparaiso University.

Tami Clinkenbeard, MSN/FNP-BC – Wheatfield:
Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner Tami Clinkenbeard, MSN/FNP-BC, also joined Northwest Medical Group – Primary Care on January 2. She cares for patients of all ages at the office at 3988 W. State Road 10, in Wheatfield.

Clinkenbeard earned her master’s degree in nursing at Indiana State University in Terre Haute, and her bachelor’s degree in nursing at Western Governors University in Millcreek, Utah.
